The PNA Professional Conference on Aging targets professionals who want to learn more about helping seniors: gerontologists, social workers, case managers, administrators, mental health professionals, marketers and counselors, and many other professionals in the field of aging. These attendees come to learn, and Sponsors and Vendors have access to these professionals. This Conference also offers 5 CEUs, including 1 in Ethics.

PNA will make every effort to promote all Sponsor and Vendor companies at PNA meetings, on the PNA website, advertising both in print and media, and on social media leading up to the 2024 Professional Conference on Aging.

Sponsorship Application

PAYPALApplications with payment must be received by 1/24/25 to ensure company name is printed in Conference Program (though applications will be accepted through 2/9/25). See page 2 for DETAILS about Sponsor and Vendor levels. **Due to venue security requirements, PNA will require the names of all Attendees, Vendors and Sponsors prior the day of the event. No walk-ins or substitutions will be admitted. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.**.

Payment is due with this agreement. You may return this form to tentatively reserve your entry prior to mailing the payment; however, payment in full is required by February 9, 2025 to participate on the day of the event. No refunds will be given for cancellation or no-show by a Vendor. If the event is canceled for any reason within the control of the Professional Network on Aging, then Vendor will be eligible for a complete refund. Vendor agrees to abide by the rules of the event and the rules otherwise imposed by the Professional Network on Aging at any time. Vendor shall assume the responsibility for having a representative in attendance for the event. All representatives shall exhibit proper conduct during the event. Any conduct which is deemed inappropriate by the Professional Network on Aging or other parties involved with the event may result in removal from the event. Vendor agrees to comply with all fire and safety rules and regulations adopted by all applicable governmental authorities and with all parties involved with putting on this event. Vendor agrees that it shall release, indemnify and agree to hold harmless the Professional Network on Aging and other parties involved with the event from and against liabilities and claims for damage, loss or injury to person or property suffered during the event including set-up days and non-business hours. Vendor understands that liability and casualty insurance against such damage, injury, and loss is Vendor’s responsibility. Vendor shall not have waived or be deemed to have waived, by reason of this paragraph, any defense which Vendor may have with respect to such claims. Signature of Organization Representative: Date
